    Amanda Nicole Pena: Wanted to love this place since I have been a customer for years but they keep canceling my policies for no reason. I wasnt even informed I was no longer insured and the reason was beyond ridiculous. I was dropped for not providing pictures of the license plate on a new car even when my agent never told me I needed it and assured me I was good to go. I was given my insurance card and paid the start up basically for nothing since I was dropped apparently a few days later. When I called to get it situated, I was bounced around for an hour on the phone with multiple branches and told they were with in person customers and couldnt help me. So disappointed.
