    Jorge Jasso: On Monday I was offered a vehicle insurance policy at a certain rate. I paid for the policy, signed the papers and received my insurance cards. On Tuesday I get a call from this place telling me that if I want to keep my policy I now have to pay double the amount I had already paid. I asked to talk to the supervisor (Idalia Villarreal) she offered no help. Told me that there was nothing she could do, I either cancelled my policy or I paid the extra $400.00 dollars. I asked to talk to the agent Enrique Hilton but I was told he did not have a phone number. Called Allstate corporate office and explained my situation. They informed me that the person who sold me my policy (Samantha Rodriguez) was not a licensed agent. She did not have the authority to bind a policy. Save your self the headaches, skip this place and go to another allstate agent.

    Uncle Albert: Overall, their on-line system is awesome and easy to use. However, it is not clear when coverage ends because it doesnt specify any times. Most policies expire at 12:01 PM (NOON) on the date shown, but not with Sandborn, so you have to buy coverage for an extra day after you arrive back in the USA. When we found this out and asked to buy another day, it was a $50.00 charge for one day, when it should have been less. In future, I will research other options first, which is a sad commentary because I had used Sanborns the past four trips into Mexico.
