Jocelyn Gaytan I am first time buyer and was looking to get a car. Unfortunately the car purchase didn’t go through however the agent I got set up with so I could get my refund. In the beginning of the transaction there is a deposit of $389 and no mention of fees were told that were included in that price. I tried canceling multiple times with my agent although he kept trying to help me find a car but there was no luck. When I finally said I want to cancel and stop looking for cars, I asked if there was any cancellation fees he said no. Progressive only refunds me $258 (that’s a $130 difference). I texted the agent and he said he would look into but there was no update. I called today and spoke with Edith. She was not helpful. She chuckled when I was said I wasn’t aware or told of any fees. She said it’s how agencies work in a smart tone. She even mentioned herself that I was a new business (new customer) and I expressed that I was a new buyer and new customers should be informed of these fees. She dismisses me and says “well there isn’t anyone who you can talk with right now”. Would rate 0/0 if I could.

Jorge Jasso On Monday I was offered a vehicle insurance policy at a certain rate. I paid for the policy, signed the papers and received my insurance cards. On Tuesday I get a call from this place telling me that if I want to keep my policy I now have to pay double the amount I had already paid. I asked to talk to the supervisor (Idalia Villarreal) she offered no help. Told me that there was nothing she could do, I either cancelled my policy or I paid the extra $400.00 dollars. I asked to talk to the agent Enrique Hilton but I was told he did not have a phone number. Called Allstate corporate office and explained my situation. They informed me that the person who sold me my policy (Samantha Rodriguez) was not a licensed agent. She did not have the authority to bind a policy. Save your self the headaches, skip this place and go to another allstate agent.

Anatoli Varbelow Had a fully valid full coverage auto policy with them but was one month late on payment. Bought a brand new car at a dealership, called them to get a new policy so I can drive the car off the lot but was denied. I offered them to pay the payment I was late on/ and the new payment but was still denied, claiming that it will take 24 hours for their systems to update. Well, I traded in my old car and now had a new car, I guess they expected me to walk home. So I just cancelled them and 10 minutes later signed with another company by phone, ironically saving lots of money in the process. Incompetent agency.

Christina De LaCruz This is a terrible company and more than likely the majority of these reviews are fake. I’ve waited almost 3 months for them to send a claim for a car accident I had with one of their insured drivers who ran a red light, and I still have gotten nothing. I’ve asked for a manager and have gotten ignored. The business isn’t accredited by the better business bureau, and have multiple complaints filed under their name. Don’t go by these fake reviews, do your research sometimes it’s better to pay a little more for a company that will actually do their job because in the long run with companies like this one you’re still going to end up paying a lot for the worst service.

W. Patti “Pattispups” I hope you never have to file a claim with this company! One of their insured drivers struck my vehicle and I have spent hours on the hold, leaving unanswered messages with adjusters, spoken several uninterested and down-right rude agents in the claims department and in the general customer service department to resolve a simple issue. Had any of the individuals I spoke with from day one taken the time to listen or research my file instead of trying to get me off of the phone as quickly as possible or transfer me to another person or department, this could have been handled quickly and efficiently. I felt like everyone I spoke with was on their way to their break or lunch. They could literally care less if my claim was handled properly or not. This company is customer service...at its worst!
