1 /5 Michael Sparks: Worst service ever. I went in for a watch battery replacement and they ruined my Armani watch. It looks like someone scratched the back of it with a nail. When they gave it to me, a pin wasnt in and it fell off my wrist. The minute hand doesnt work at all and when I brought it up he said it was "because you just dropped it on the ground". Are you serious??? Then he offered to send it in for a fee to get fixed. Never go to this place. They have ruined a very special watch to me. To the point of it never being able to be fixed.

2 /5 Paula Greer: Buyer beware! We were sold a bracelet that turned out to be fake! Never again!!!! The only reason I gave it 2 stars is that the sales person was very kind. I am not convinced she knew of the deception.
