1 /5 nesworth genetics: Cashier was ignoring me the whole time, then explained things to me like I was supposed to already know. I was out in an immediate high stress work out and when everyone else they waited for, they acted like I wasnt even there. I didnt even get a chance to put gloves on. Do not go here if youre expecting fast service, and paced training. You only get out into theyre pace, and its too high for someone not prepared for that.

Jeremy is an amazing coach, and from the moment I first messaged him he has made me feel so welcomed and comfortable! The saddest part of leaving Vidor will definitely be leaving Revive!

Luke R: Flex Gym was absolutely awesome. I joined with a 12 month membership and it was well worth it. Even before the awesome renovation and expansion thats makes it what it is today. The owners were often in the gym and made a point of introducing themselves to members who were there. And when the expansion happened they made a point of asking for input and feedback on equipment and space use. Last I heard they still had awesome plans in the work for the coming year. Highly reccomend this place. And as a side note.... It was very reasonably priced.

Shawna Macpherson: We were really impressed by how spacious this gym is, offering plenty of room for workouts. They also have multiple private shower and bathroom facilities, which is a huge plus. The staff were all very welcoming and approachable, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The only area for improvement I noted was the cleanliness of the bathrooms; specifically, the plastic shower curtain in my stall was definitely past its prime and could use replacing.

Bridgette Faith: Joining this gym was the best decision I’ve ever made, hands down. The workout classes are challenging and extremely fun. The coaches are incredible- very knowledgeable, encouraging, and patient with us that are learning! MissFit is all women, which is empowering. Each woman you meet at this establishment will greet you with a smile, and there’s so much support. It’s like a sisterhood. My goals are being met attending the classes and following the suggested meal plan. I attend 4-5 times a week, and I love the flexibility with the available times throughout each day. It makes going to the gym super manageable for a busy, working mom like myself. Speaking of being a mom… my toddler LOVES going to the children’s play room, and she’s entertained for the entire 45 minutes! The staff in charge of our littles are some of the best! I know my girl is in good hands and having fun, so I can have a worry free workout. I highly recommend this gym to any woman who is ready to transform their mind, body, and soul.

Jeff Knight: We absolutely love Parisi Speed School in Beaumont! My 12-year-old daughter has been training here, and the improvement in her confidence, speed, and overall athletic ability has been outstanding and fun to watch. The coaches are not only knowledgeable but also so encouraging and patient with the kids. They push her to give her best effort while still making every session fun and positive. I’ve noticed huge gains in her strength, agility, endurance, and even muscle tone.

Align Pilates Club - Beaumont

Hannah Mosley: I’ve dabbled in a Pilates classes from west Texas to Houston, but Align truly stands above them all. Kaitlyn is exactly what you want in a Pilates instructor- she will push you when she sees you doing exercises with too much ease, modify if it’s too advanced, adjust where you struggle with form, and encourage. Her verbal cues are so clear, and she keeps your mind on task by reminding through movements what muscles should be engaged. I leave excited to come back. Kaitlyn is also employing some top notch talent and clearly has high standards for her studio- the other instructors are great, and I highly recommend Angelina for a first class. Angelina makes gentle, quiet adjustments and gives lots of extra help where needed- my friend’s first Pilates class was a huge success thanks to Angelina. The classes flow very well, enough reset/rest time, but no time wasted. The studio is so beautiful, calming, clean, and I always feel welcomed in. The other members are kind and welcoming making the classes feel less intimidating as a new-to-Pilates gal.

It is SO clean, all equipment is in top notch condition, the 3 saunas are fantastic, the recovery area is top of the line…the Red Light therapy room is top notch…I mean you name it, they have it! The owner is super kind and always cleaning and restocking everything..Such a blessing to have this place here!
