My 12-year-old daughter has been training here, and the improvement in her confidence, speed, and overall athletic ability has been outstanding and fun to watch. The coaches are not only knowledgeable but also so encouraging and patient with the kids. They push her to give her best effort while still making every session fun and positive. I’ve noticed huge gains in her strength, agility, endurance, and even muscle tone.

The strength and flexibility routine and home workouts they have implemented has hugely improved her performance on the soccer field. Beyond all that, they care about the whole athlete, going as far as tracking and quizzing her on her reading assignments for school.

5 /5 cori thompson: My 11 year old son, Elijah, goes to Parisi. He absolutely loves it. He prefers to go 5 days a week. If you are looking for a baby sitter and your child doesnt like to exercise, this I is not for them. Its a fun, disciplined work out to help them build agility, speed and strength. HIGHLY recommend.
