I met with Monica and she helped not only with the issue at hand but also with a few other things on the account. She was very patient and thorough. I saw many elderly folks coming in and both Monica and the team at the desk greeted them so politely and in a friendly manner, I could see that it made their day to feel appreciated at the branch.
