1 /5 Dave Bell: I used to enjoy Caprock including limited hours since they have my loan on an expensive rv home. Have had all my in/finances with them for 3 years. I’ve been in ok standing with them. As a trucker it took them 9 weeks to replace a fraud reported debit card (my life line). Compelled many overdrafts, shut off many app transfers except Apple Pay that I last knew of. Had to move my direct deposit to another CU. I’m about to have them repossess my home. Move 600 and they hold 50 1 times. Move 400 and they hold 350 the next time. Caprock!!! Come get my home! I need to be done with your inadequacies!

2 /5 Tony Barrientos: Went at 3:30 and front door is locked but signs says open till 4:30. Were told have to drive around to drive up window lol 4 cars waiting in line. After 25 min waiting and two cars left the line we gave up. Having to drop off documents

5 /5 Randi Sanchez: Caprock Credit Union is not just banking, its a place where the people are your friends. When they financed our house, the staff were happy for us. The C.E.O, Dale Hansard, had been working with us (by answering a billion questions regarding credit, etc) for quite a while until finally we were ready and we were able to be approved! We have been loyal to our credit union, but they are also loyal to us. Were known by them and they know our family. I

1 /5 Aaron Villalobos: Reported fraud charges and was not helped at all they said I have to figure it out because it’s my fault someone got my card information. Closing account as soon as possible.

1 /5 Marissa Portillo: Terrible customer service and random charges/fees to my bank account. Definitely closing my account and going somewhere else in Lamesa.
