5 /5 Ronta Wooten: They are nice people and they help u anyway they can. Rod Caesar an very nice guy and does his best to give u the best service. Also Jocelyn Marshall is also a good agent shes friendly very helpful and also does her best to get u what u need. All around these are good people.

1 /5 Sonja Cole: This company needs to be put out of business. Their practices are unethical, if not criminal! It took a year of getting the run around, to get my money. They ask for documents, and no matter what you send, they wont be accepted! Every call you will be placed on hold for at least an hour! Thats not an exaggeration. Filing complaints with insurance board, doesnt really help. This isnt just my opinion, read the other reviews! They are now doing the same thing to another of my family members. I had dealings with several other life insurance companies such as Globe, and there wasnt one problem. You or your family will need to be prepared for a battle, to get your money!

1 /5 Marsha Gusa: I canceled my policy on 1-20-2017 due to selling the property. I was assured the policy would be canceled. I had been a customer for more the 15 years. Got my bank statement today. My account was drafted in Feb. Called the bank and account was drafted in March, also. Called "Reliable" back and was advised by Donald that he could find nothing showing it was canceled. He advised again that it would be canceled. I asked about a refund and was told since he had no record of cancellation that he could request but I probably would not get it. This company is evidently not as "reliable" as its name. It is a joke and I would advise you not to do business with them.
