1 /5 Veronica Cervantes Nocedal: Keep seeing all these “good reviews”, but honestly it’s one of the worst customer service I have experience. They don’t even help you out they just want to to hang up as fast as possible. Also, the lack of respect when they put themselves on mute to simulate a “bad connection”. They should really get employees that actually want to help other than just wanting their paycheck. They want to be able to contact you on their terms instead of working on a flexible times. Lastly, the tone of voice they use towards someone is simply rude. Shouldn’t be trying to belittle anyone.
