1 /5 Carly Reynolds: Extremely upset. I went in to have my brand new watch I got for my birthday sized and thought it was a bit odd that the guy doing it was banging extremely hard on it. Since I arrived home it has fallen apart several times. Thought I fixed it myself till it completely came apart again. Now I have to pay more money to get it fixed. I would NOT recommend getting your watch sized here.

5 /5 Athena Kosmach: Needed a watch battery and a new bracelet shortened. Danny the owner is such a nice person very helpful and even referred us to another jeweler for the bracelet. Ended up buying a really nice ring and the battery for the watch. This is a one man show, 8 years in the same location, professional and friendly. We will be using him in the future.
