5 /5 Nichole Peterson: Ordered off of Facebook, couldnt be happier with my purchase. I love my new boots!!
5 /5 Catherine Schellstede: LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I drove over an hour just to buy a hat and when the two ladies who worked there found out I drove so far they made sure that I received their appreciation. As soon as you walk in the employees make you feel super welcome and answer any question you could have. Not to mention they have the cutest clothes. Big boot selection as well!
5 /5 Mike Mares: Visited this boutique this past weekend while on a trip with my Hubby in College Station. I saw that Dian Malouf was going to be there so I told my Hubby and he said, "Ill take you." As soon as I walked in, I was treated like a queen. This shop by far is one of my favorite places I have been in a long time. Nancy, Sharon, Amber and Granny were full of SUNSHINE. Thank you for making me feel special. I love my Dian Malouf ring and cant wait to get it.
5 /5 Chase LeBlanc: Fantastic customer service from every employee! They went above and beyond in finding the perfect fit on some new boots for me. Anderson Bean is my new go to. They have the best selection of quality boots made in Texas. So if youre looking for a better boot than the typical made in China Ariat, Mule Barn is the place to go. They have my recommendation from now on.
Kailee Anez: If I could give this 0 stars I would. April 16th my mom and I went in store to get a bracelet for my 3yr old daughter. First time going in, it was lovely service, didnt have any issues. A few weeks later (June 7th), my daughters bracelet fell off or broke off. Mind you, she was not doing anything rough wise for it to fall off. June 17th, we went in store to get it fixed but we were told it was going to be $5 to get it fixed. We paid the $5 in hoping it would not brake off again and got it put back on my daughter. While we were there we wanted to get my soon to be 1yr old son a bracelet with his name engraved on a name plate. They told us it was going to be a couple days for the engraving and they would call when its ready to be picked up. A couple days passed by and never received a call or any form of communication what so ever. On June 27th, my mom and I went in to check on the progress of the bracelet, and to our surprise, it was in the corner of the desk where you couldnt see it, left untouched. Very disappointed on our end as we waited 2 weeks for it and not once did they call to tell us anything about the bracelet possibly being later than said to have it engraved. All kinds of excuses were being made as to why it hadnt been engraved yet. The lady that was there "helping" us had a very ugly attitude and was being rude to my mom. She seemed like she wasnt willing to help us at all. She told us it was going to be an additional 2 days for the name plate to be engraved because shes not the one who does the engraving. While we were there, we were set on not paying ANOTHER $5 to get my daughters bracelet fixed as we had just gotten it fixed 10 days earlier (June 17th). The lady took a look at the bracelet before putting it on my daughter and basically put the blame on her as to why it broke. She then said to my mom, "if it was us, it wouldnt have broken where it had came off." She told my mom "this time Ill do it for free, but have her be care next time." Next day, June 28th, my husband and I went in to the store to get my sons bracelet put on as they promised it would get done since it was a birthday gift and we live out of town and for having to wait so long for it to be done. What was disappointing, the same lady that was so rude to my mom the day before, is the one who ended up doing to engraving in front of us after all. Even though she told my mom and I she doesnt do the engraving. So instead of making us come back the next day for it to be done, it couldve been done the day before with time left to spare before closing time (we went in at 4:30). 2 days later on June 29th, my daughter bracelet broke yet again. That makes it 3 times it had came off. Each time the bracelet was done very poorly or the material is very fragile. Again, each time my daughters bracelet broke, she was not doing anything for it to be her fault. And last but not least, today July 3rd, my sons bracelet broke. When it came off, he as well, was not doing anything deliberately for it to brake. His bracelet too was done very poorly. Overall our experience there was bad and we never be getting a "permanent" bracelet here ever again.
