Prosperity Bank - Rosenberg (TX)

1 /5 Avery R: This branch is spectacular. The overall firm is not so wonderful. My banking needs are not that complicated but do rely on the online banking platform. It seems to have problems. Over and over again I spend wasted time on hold trying to retrieve access to my account. I dont understand why I get log into my account without an error message. I use a password manager so its not operator error. There is nothing the folks at the branch can do about it.

5 /5 Jayni Mosher: Ive banked here for about 6 years, and Ive never had such a good experience with a bank. The staff is very friendly and helpful--you will quickly begin to think of them as friends. If I managed a bank branch, I would want it to run like this one.
