    James McGuffin: Dont go to the branch in downtown Waxahachie. Went there this morning to start an account and meet with Christa the branch manager. She was very unprofessional and didnt even listen to what I was trying to explain. Was wanting to open an account locally for my wife and I, but she didnt want our business unless we transferred all our banking over to citizens. I am a small business owner with several long term accounts at different banks and have never experienced this type of customer service. I definitely will not close other accounts just to be able to bank at citizens. Would of figured that they would of wanted our business and the money we were trying to deposit into their bank?

    Joselin Jennings: Yesterday, I received an unsettling call from a woman named Rihanna at this office, who was attempting to reach someone else. Her demeanor was quite rude and unprofessional; she even questioned whether I was lying about the persons absence or if I was simply too lazy to check their availability. I strongly advise against engaging with a business that demonstrates such poor customer service. If youre having a difficult day, its important not to project that onto others. I would highly recommend seeking assistance from a different CPA office.
