First Financial Bank - Clyde (TX)

1 /5 Michael Peacock: So, my parents have been doing business at FFB since they acquired Bank of Commerce in Abilene. Things change and so does rules and regulations. When I asked the "personal banker" some pertinent questions about documentation, she flips to this mode of hostility and states she hasnt been rude to me and that shes "done with me and I need to leave". At no point did I use profanity or raise my voice, but I did state a fact that she tried to disway me from seeking the answers I needed to help my elderly parents. Very unprofessional. If this institution employs this type of mentality, I suggest everyone switch to a more professional institution.

1 /5 Julia: Megan is rude and disrespectful to the elderly has no understanding for anyone. She said to cancel the bank account instead of trying to work things out. She is a awful employee. Shes also on a power trip. She is bullying the elderly into closing the bank account.

1 /5 Judy McCrary: To bad I cant give a ZERO STARS!! Well as of right now we have 2 auto loans, our home loan, checking account and they have #FAILED!! I AM NOT HAPPY!! They left me off the title for both our car and truck, tried to get my ♿ tags! Didnt happen! Its been a month and they still keep messing up the paperwork!! My tags are expiring this weekend!! I dont think I will ever do business with Jim, Judy or Lisa in Clyde Texas ever again!!!
