Save your self some time and just go sell your precious metals to other dealers in the area. Customer service is one of the most important things and they seriously need some training on this. Unfortunately, the owner is pretentious and rude.

1 /5 Elizabeth Sykes: I called to ask what the current rate was is I were to sell them 90% silver coins pre-1965 and they were incapable of answering the question and said they could only answer if I came in person. That’s a bit illogical since you can go online and see what the asking price is for which as of today and what it should be around. For example, money metals says “Sell to Us Price: $16.85 per $1 face value.” We aren’t talking rocket science, so being able to answer this over the phone rather than making someone drive 40mins to get the answer is a bit illogical. With that being said, you couldn’t pay me to do business here… literally.

J.C. Terrazas: Awesome little spot. Stopped by for a visit during a trip to El Paso from Dallas because my 5-year-old randomly wanted a shark tooth, and I found this little gem (pun intended). They have anything and everything you could want as far as crystals and stones, in all shapes and sizes. They also have some jewelry such as necklaces, bracelets, and turquoise. They have a decent number of fossils; shark teeth, shells, ammonites, and others. Everything is very organized and labeled. There is also a museum attached and you can check it out for a small fee, I think $3 or so. Its pretty cool, there are various massive gems, geodes, fossils, and other fun stuff. Would highly recommend and may have to go back during my visit.

Neira Vasquez: Very dissatisfied with how they handled the situation with my parents! They went to get my mom some earrings at the location in Basset. She put them on inside and as she was getting in the car, one of the stones fell off. They had not even left the parking and it had fallen off! They went back for their money back. The guy working told them that they could not do that but what they could do is fix them or get another pair. They figured it’d be best to pick another pair but if they got a more expensive one they’d have to pay the difference... my parents didn’t want that so they decided a cheaper pair so they could get the difference back and the guy didn’t want to give back the difference. Regardless of what my parents did, they’d lose money on cheap jewelry. Lo barato sale caro! Lesson learned!
