1 /5 Neira Vasquez: Very dissatisfied with how they handled the situation with my parents! They went to get my mom some earrings at the location in Basset. She put them on inside and as she was getting in the car, one of the stones fell off. They had not even left the parking and it had fallen off! They went back for their money back. The guy working told them that they could not do that but what they could do is fix them or get another pair. They figured it’d be best to pick another pair but if they got a more expensive one they’d have to pay the difference... my parents didn’t want that so they decided a cheaper pair so they could get the difference back and the guy didn’t want to give back the difference. Regardless of what my parents did, they’d lose money on cheap jewelry. Lo barato sale caro! Lesson learned!
