1 /5 Todd Sullivan: I cannot recommend against this agent enough. When my premiums skyrocketed I requested policy cancellations well in advance of the renewal dates but they let everything auto renew anyway. This happened on TWO separate occasions with TWO separate policies. I cant tell if this is just chronic incompetence or its some kind of scam. Either way Im inclined to believe this is just how they do business. Go with literally anyone else.
