I was extremely skeptical about having to deal with another agent after the experience we had with a previous agent. Fortunately, Peyton was not only extremely quick to return my call (actually a couple others also followed up within a few minutes to ensure I was taken care of), he was also helpful and kind through the whole process. I explained our situation and he didnt hesitate to dive on in and work with another department of ours as well to ensure that the requirements were met to our company standards. Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company - McKinney

Cashey Helene: Greg Stitt is very disrespectful. He did not do his due diligence before having me sign a policy, and now my policy would be cancelled in 30 days. He found a third party and now is saying I have to pay $ 800 up front to have my policy start for the new company. I left State Farm who I was grandfather with because I was told I was going to be able to get a certain price. He was very pushy about me signing, so I finally did because it was a great deal but only for him to cancel my policy. As everyone knows , insurance is not cheap , so now I have to see if I can get my policy back with State Farm. As anyone would be , I was very frustrated and disappointed. He had terrible customer service and was rude although he was in the wrong and conducted business in a poor manner. He made a rude comment that I need to take my renters and car insurance back to State Farm as well. I would highly NOT recommend getting insurance with this guy. He just wants to make a sale.
