    Darcy Stennes: This gym is exactly what Ive been looking for! Its challenging, the trainers are encouraging and professional, but its also fun. I love that I can take whatever class time fits into my schedule for the day and that I can bring my little one if needed. There is really something for everyone whether youre in need of modifications for the exercises or youre ready to go full beast mode.

Kayla is the fourth PT I’ve used in the last 12 months. All helped in some way to recover from knee surgery. Kayla is the missing piece to help uncover and resolve the hip pain and lack of mobility/strength allowing me to achieve my goal of aging well. I’m so grateful for this place!

    Beth Reynolds: My husband and I have been going to TK since October of last year and we love it. TK makes sure that our form is correct and that our workouts are impactful. The workouts are designed to build both strength and endurance. He also offers a lot of encouragement and has taken us further than I thought we could go. We are stronger and heathier now at age 49 then we were in high school. I would highly recommend him as a trainer for anyone looking to improve their health.

I’m currently undergoing treatment for a chronic disease and hadn’t worked out in years, but Noura has been incredible at helping me ease back into fitness safely. She’s knowledgeable, motivating, and always finds ways to modify the workouts so I can get an excellent session without hurting myself. I feel stronger and more confident every week — I can’t recommend Noura and Alloy enough!

    Anu Dhawale: It’s been a month now since I have joined and it’s been amazing! A friendly atmosphere and one stop all things designed to make you fit and healthy. Sarge is my PT and he is amazing! He is encouraging and keeps me on my toes! Love it! I tried my first dynamic stretch session with Courtney. She is fabulous too. She educated me and worked with my needs to get me feeling my best. I highly recommend her.

    Julia Stephenson: I’ve only been coming ~2 weeks now, but I’m loving it! I was wary at first, switching to this format of exercise as I’d never done it before routinely. Having (sweet and trustworthy) staff watching my daughter (such a huge perk), is giving me the time to put work into myself, and been a game changer. The workouts are never boring, and change every day - I would recommend to anyone of any athletic ability (you can modify almost all workouts) and especially moms who are looking to get back into a routine!
