They made her name plate by hand, but it wasnt exactly what she wanted. So the company went and bought a name plate machine just for my daughter so she was satisfied with her purchase. How many companies do that? Not many. Nasim went out of his way to even make sure Lluvias chain was the exact length she wanted. He even resized her rings for her because it was a tad too big. Nasim was very professional and kind to me and my daughter. Thank you!! ❤️
