1 /5 Sarah Padilla: I am NOT a customer of Nationwide nor will I ever be after the experience I am having with them. I was hit from behind by one of their commercial customers. I have had nothing but trouble with them. They are rude! I had to fight tooth and nail just to get a rental care to get to work. I thought that was the hard part.... nope, now they want me to got down to the wrecker and pay up front the $437 to get my car to the repair shop and they say they will reimburse me the fee ( I do not have faith at this point that that will happen!) This is absolutely the worst insurance experience ever! If I could give no stars I would!!

1 /5 K9CareLBK: I could give less I would. I am extremely disappointed with this company and its employees. When I had trouble paying one month I set up a payment plan and when I called the day I had arranged to make the payment they had already cancelled my insurance. I spoke with a few people and they all said the person I spoke with didnt document correctly and there was nothing they could do. Mind you I had been with them for 6-7 years. They said we can write you a new policy for 4x what you were paying previously.... I am ashamed I was apart of such greed for as long as I was. This company is only out for them selves so please beware before giving them your business.
