Hope phelps: Well all I can say is that this insurance company is the worst. Were in an accident last year someone T boned us and we went and got the accident report and was clearly the others persons fault. But our insurance company was was saying that it was our fault so they filed a claim on our insurance and not the person that caused the accident. My son has and accident in April 2024 they called us today August 23,2024 tlaking about the claim just went through and he needs to pay a reinstatement fee and 60 more dollars. They are truly unbelievable
