1 /5 Hope phelps: Well all I can say is that this insurance company is the worst. Were in an accident last year someone T boned us and we went and got the accident report and was clearly the others persons fault. But our insurance company was was saying that it was our fault so they filed a claim on our insurance and not the person that caused the accident. My son has and accident in April 2024 they called us today August 23,2024 tlaking about the claim just went through and he needs to pay a reinstatement fee and 60 more dollars. They are truly unbelievable

1 /5 Marcella Rinehart: This place is such a joke! My insurance relapsed ONE day and they canceled my policy. When I spoke to the lady she told me it was $25 to reinstate it, I explained to her I had a car accident and had to file a claim (I was insured when it happened) she said it was fine just to come up there and bring the car. She took the picture of the damage on the door and said she had to speak to her manager and make sure it was fine because if the damage. The manger looks at the photo, nods her head says it fine. THEN the lady lets her know about the claim I recently filed and all of a sudden they both start speaking Spanish as if I couldn’t understand them and then declined to reinstate my policy. Who can I do a proper complaint through? When I tried calling the office they placed the phone on hold, then picked it up as she was laughing and played as the manger. Update: this company is saying I was not insured through them during the wreck YET I’ve given them all the legal documents that state otherwise. WORSE company ever.
