    Jennifer Cutsinger-Howe: I have called more than once asking to have my call returned and have given great detail as to why I need an attorney. Each time that I have called I was assured that Mr. Hart would return my call. I have yet to receive a return call and am very unhappy. I have now contacted another attorney that has been very attentive to the matter at hand. I would not recommend anyone contact Mr. Hart if you need a timely response. I finally got to talk to Mr. Hart today (11/19/2019) and all he could say was call legal aid. I would definitely not recommend this attorney should you need one.

    Kelsea Kiser: 0 stars. Called one time and asked for help, he said “you have to pay to play” and i immediately knew he was a horrible lawyer. Charges way too much and acted like a cop. Which makes me think he’s not here to help his clients.
