Voya Financial Advisors - Dallas Jillian Waterbury: This was part of an employer retirement plan. When I seperated from that company, it was extremely difficult to rollover my money to Fidelity. Voya treated me like a criminal when I asked for the verfication not to be sent to my old work address as I no longer had access to that email and they refused to verify me any other way ie with my SS#, address, DL # or any other data. It was extremely difficult to work with them.
