1 /5 Christine George: The only rating i could give this company is a big negative zero, which is not a rating, but I wish it was. Ever since I have been working with them its been a nightmare. Poor policy and procedures and lack of compassion for their customers. The company employees do not accept responsibility for their own errors and pass the errors on to the consumer and or authorized party. The insensitivity within the company, I would strongly recommend not investing your money with this company and if you have no choice, please do your homework before you agree to anything and record every conversation you have with their advisors and staff representatives. You never get to speak with the same representative you spoke with previously, and you have to repeat yourself to too many different representatives, should you have an issue of urgent matter. Very poor policies and procedures, of which they seem to have very few at all. They will cover up their own mistakes not realizing the emails and their AI are informing the customers of the exact information, while the representatives are stating something completely different. Document and keep good records, and record the conversations! If I was wealthy, I know I would have had a better experience with this company. All the things you hear on tv in their commericals, I didnt experience that caring and devotion disposition. Just one mistake after the other that not only has stressed me out beyond measure, but has and is costing me more than what I have!!
