Joy Kristine Walls: So first let me say not all planet fitnesses are the same the one I joined originally in Pennsylvania was fantastic and very customer-oriented so far Ive noticed in Conroe Texas at least two locations that are not very customer-oriented the South loop 336 location. Supposedly tonight they close at 9:00 which I saw on the website but I did not see anywhere on the website that you could not tan half an hour before they close I drove almost half an hour to get here to this location. I had a little bit of a dispute with the guy behind the counter but he said thats the owners wishes. In that case they need to post that on their website. He said 8:30 and when I first approached the desk it was like 8:00 it took him almost 4 or 5 minutes to get to the counter. I have noticed in the Texas locations in Conroe that their staff is extremely lazy. I have never seen a broom in any of their hands I have never seen a mop in anybodys hands. They are young kids and basically theyre just a pretty face I guess and they aint even that pretty. You are literally just a number to these locations. I will not visit either location again I will drive out of my way to go to a better location. And again remember theyre not all the same some of them are awesome. But if you are inclined to join a planet fitness do not join anywhere in Conroe. And to the owner of this particular establishment you need to post if youre shutting down certain services on your website. And I will also be making a note to corporate

After working out, I went to the counter to get assistance for the hydro bed I simply walked up and a lady by the name of Kristen was standing there no smile no hello no how are you? How can I help you or nothing? I had to ask her for the Hydro bed she was not friendly at all not Customer Service oriented no smile no have a good day just a blank stare! A smile goes a long ways and so does great Customer Service. Kristen, I hope after you get this review, you will greet your customers with a better attitude than what you had today .
