I started coming to 40+ Fitness Gym three times a week with the goal of improving my health after being diagnosed with osteoporosis in my spine. I was looking for a gym that would challenge me while also offering personal attention—and I found exactly that here.
From the very first day, Brandon took the time to understand my specific needs, the risks associated with certain movements, and where my strength level was. He has slowly built a routine that’s both safe and effective. Every session is challenging in the best way, but if I show up tired or haven’t eaten well, he adjusts the workout accordingly—always making sure I’m cared for and not pushed beyond what’s wise.
Now, after just one month, I can truly see the difference. I feel stronger, my posture has improved noticeably, and I feel encouraged to keep going. The gym is never crowded, the attention is one-on-one, and the support is genuine. I plan to keep exercising here for many years to come, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a thoughtful, age-appropriate, and caring fitness experience.
