Jacob Darby: Don’t bank with them. I had fraudulent transactions on my account and checks deposited for over $2500. They don’t have a fraud department internally, it’s a third party company that monitors only their debit cards and 95% of the time they never catch the unauthorized transaction. If you call to let them know about the fraudulent transactions, they brush you off and try and hold you accountable for them. Stay with Federal Credit Unions or Chase and Capital One they have 24/7 monitoring for fraudulent activity and their fraud department is in-house.
