Sunflower Bank - La Grange (TX)

1 /5 Angela Elston: I dont like sunflower bank at all, it was a much better bank when it was Pioneer Bank... Tellers are very rude and roll their eyes at you... Very poor customer service here and yes I bank here for 3.5 years now... Just wish theyd go back to the way it was before...

5 /5 Kenneth Hausmann: This is the best bank I have ever used. I have CDs, checking, and accounts for my daughter and son, and the rates are great. Also, customer service is second to none, people are very kind and helpful.

1 /5 Danjackie: Wish I could give it zero stars .... was a great bank when it was pioneer.... sunflower bought it my money disappeared took hours for a manager to find it in their system... there cards dont work half the time dont ever bank here use any other bank Edit: forgot to mention the whole time my wife and daughter were having a business threaten to call the cops on them and the bank manager kept accusing us of not knowing how to use a bank card till she finally found it in their system where it was messing up and told us sorry you just dont have access to you money and we dont know for how long

1 /5 DELN: Very disappointed in their customer service. Manager offered very little assistance. A sad and costly experience. Wish I could send them a bill to cover lost time and money.
