Texas Farm Bureau Insurance - Deann Rives - Liberty Todd Fisher: 4 months and still no help, My Vehicle was rear-ended by an uninsured drunk driver who went to jail in September. so I made a claim on my uninsured motorist policy. Having a trailer and truck available, I decided to save the insurance company some time and money for storage fees, I paid the towing and storage bill, and towed the vehicle to my house.
Waiting months for the adjuster to look at the vehicle. I was asked to send photos, which I did. another month goes by and after trying several times to reach my adjuster. I was told that she lost the photos.
I sent them again, and still cant get her to answer or respond to phone calls, or emails.
