First Financial Bank - Cleburne shirley kirkpatrick: Being home bound my banking needs to be done online. I am finding that online banking with you has become a very unstable activity. Do I need to come to one of your banks and get password and other items change every month?
First you email me a 12 character to use as a password....hymn
Even if I could use it, it would not left me; I am not going to use a strain of characters sent to me online to use as a password.
Who is training you people?
First I go to bank, they set up something, all have to do something on FFB page on top right icon and hit it. It takes me to another space, I hit that and I can access menu. Fine, so simple. Only now it no longer works!
