been very eye opening having been wirh Goosehead for years i got used to the non communication, lack of customer touch not receiving any insurance cards/paperwork then when I finally switched to Maria Bello Allstate I was elated to find customer service TOP notch! Actually receiving cards and policIES, sweet Phone calls letting us know about changes and renewals the accommodating voices on the other end of the phone helping wirh all our questions.
Im never switching ever!
