SHALONDA LOWTHER Repeated emails and voicemails ignored by Hector. It has been a nightmare getting anything resolved. I had to go to Allstate customer service so I suggest avoiding this guy.

Jared Dowler I found coverage from another insurance company. I called and left messages and emailed several times to have my policy cancelled. I went to the office that says open but is not. I also call the Allstate customer service number being sent to voicemail AGAIN. I was only able to speak to someone once I indicated I wanted to get a quote for a new policy. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Cori Weinel Lisa is incompetent when it comes to handling the insurance. I was trying to buy a new car today and get full coverage insurance. I dealt with her for 3 hours and still didn’t get the situation resolved because she told me one price for the full coverage and I gave her my credit card info for the premium and then she said the monthly payment had changed after I gave her payment because I had a suspended license, which I don’t have a suspended license. I told her to refund my money and I am done dealing with them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

Julia V DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROUP! Terrible customer service. The staff is not well prepared nor fully trained before they are handling customers. Instead of being helpful, Ms. Racheal Harkless interrupted me a couple of times and was not understanding of my situation at all after they allowed someone to be added onto my policy without my consent. After explaining a couple of times that I didn’t know who the individual was, no refund was given. Not only that, during a back and forth exchange of emails, Ms. Harkless decided she wanted to CAPITALIZE her email response to me when I just wanted to clarify a few things since I decided to cancel my policy with this terrible group. After nothing was solved, Carolyn Brizuela jumped in and provided no assistance as well. Instead of holding Ms. Harkless accountable for her actions, she wanted to provide excuses stating that the capitalized email was from a copy and paste template even though there were misspelled words. There has to be better protocol in place to handle paying customers. Take your business elsewhere because they don’t care about you here.

Bethany Coronel Terrible customer service. When you’re looking for a policy they are so friendly, but when it comes to asking a question about a claim situation they have horrible service. Not Maria Bello, nor all state answers your questions. The employees have horrible customer service. After them already gaining profit from us as their customers, they still have the audacity to hang up the phone and leave with unanswered questions. Horrible service PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE, WHERE YOU WILL GET TREATED RIGHT AND ACTUALLY BE HELPED. As soon as policy expires I will look for another company.

Brent Goodwin My agent was great to work with! I requested many quote changes to see what that would do to my rate. He was quick with the changes, informative about what would make the biggest changes, and seemed genuinely happy to assist me. I got the perfect coverage for me and a great rate. My agent worked very hard to to make sure I was completely satisfied!

Rusty Westling Eddie was 100% professional. He went out of his ways to assist me with a much lower rate that what my current insurance company was charging me. He knows what he is doing when helping out customers. State Farm really has a great asset in Eddie and should be proud of the work that he does for their company.

Mark Bonneaux Received several calls from a number registered to this place. Lady who answered the phone let me know several of her office numbers have been spoofed by scammers. She was obviously frustrated and exasperated but still super friendly and polite to talk to. If I lived in this agencys local area Id definitely at least give them a visit; its hard to give good customer service in that situation but she definitely managed to.

Jing Harlan Lucrecia is great, patient, kind, knowgageable. It is hard to understand some home insurance terms such as dwelling, structure, liability, medical payment, deductible... Lucrecia took her time to explain to me line by line. When I purchased my first life insurance from Lucrecia, I was very nervous, I didnt know what to expect, she didnt push or rush me, she sent more additional info and guide me to choose right coverage, she worked very hard and intelligent. She looks after her customers and she always has the best interest for her customers. I can not be more happier for her 5 star service!

Seth Elsenbrook tried to use a broker to get commercial insurance. process was slow and painstaking (multiple follow ups / no activity): he eventually routed me to a different branch of state farm that was unresponsive. i called Kyle Angelle branch got connected to Carlee. She took my call right before 5pm, got me a quote and finalized everything by 10am the next day. Incredible customer service with both speed / efficiency. Huge relief, and this was solely because Carlee drove the process. fyi also use for personal insurance needs and have no issues, all around a great team
