1 /5 Jennifer Jacobs: I’ve been a loyal Allstate customer for over 30 years, largely due to the excellent service provided by Sean Peterson and his incredible staff. Sean’s professionalism and the welcoming atmosphere of his office always made interactions easy and pleasant.
Unfortunately, since Seans retirement, things have drastically changed. His staff has since left—an understandable decision given the current state of the office under Mansoor Karimi. My experience today was deeply disappointing. I am hard of hearing, and during a conversation, Mr. Karimi accused me of yelling. I explained I was raising my voice simply to hear and be heard, not out of anger or disrespect. He responded by saying he didn’t care that I was a customer—an attitude I have never encountered before in this office.
This level of disrespect is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. As a result, I’ve decided to transfer all of my business to a different office where I feel valued and understood.
It’s a shame to see a once-exceptional branch lose its reputation and quality. I strongly caution others to think twice before choosing this location.
