Later on we had issues with transferring the title from Texas to Oklahoma (which it turns out is not very easily done). I was CLUELESS on the process, but then Lori took the time to help me get everything situated and made it all so simple and she was so extremely kind and professional the whole time. Anyone local should definitely consider using them, wonderful company with friendly, HELPFUL employees!

Jan Petree: Was told to come in and sign papers because a wreck was dropping off, and I would be paying less. Went in in April to do this. I have been paying 410 a month just on 4 autos only 1 with full coverage. So in April I pd 48.00. In may it was 470.00, June 410.00!!!!!!! When I called to find out why, was given explanation that did not make sense. The payment comes out of acct. On 24th of every mo. I have found an ins. Co. With better coverage at half the price. I call cancel and ask,about a refund and again getting words that dont make sense basically saying I owe them 2.00 and if I had not made the policy change in April I would be having some of my last premium refunded. WOW. HAPPY not to being doing business with Framers insurance anymore. You any of you do BEWARE.

Jennifer Cambra: The day I bought the car was a smooth process and the salesman and finance manager were great. After that though everything was a nightmare. They failed to add my bank as a lien holder, months go by and nothing is done by them. They said they were going to fix the problem. I followed up numerous times and nothing got done. The general manager never called me back even though I left NUMEROUS messages. I eventually had to fix the issue myself taking an entire day to get a duplicate title and go add the bank as a lien holder. I eventually stopped by the dealership where they said they wanted to try and make things right. They would cut a check to reimburse me for the cost of the duplicate title and paying to add a lien holder. I still haven’t received the check which the assistant GM assured he would get them working on. I waited there at the dealership for over and hour to try and speak with the GM. I then called for follow up to it and got no return phone call. Clearly all they care about is getting the car sold. After that the customer ceases to matter. I would never recommend them to any one in the market for a car. They don’t truly care about you as a customer.
