2 /5 Michelle Yanez: This will be my last year coming to h&r block. For two years now I have not gotten any money back. They didnt ask if I own my house. Thats a credit. I was also told that I should have gotten a earned income tax credit due to not making money. I was told by another tax expert that I could have carried myself as a dependent. That they should have said I was single and head of household. I have been with h&r block for years. I wont be back.
