He made it clear he didn’t want his bill changing at random when we first switched to them and then first thing they did was up the bill $10, he just shrugged it off at first. But then after a bunch of clerical errors leading to them canceling our policy with no warning “on accident” my husband is just done. He tried to cancel and they tried to give him the run around all day about it. We finally got it canceled and now with our new company our bill is $50 CHEAPER and we added a new vehicle when starting our new policy elsewhere. Insane high rate they had for us and we only had liability

Manager is unprofessional her language is unprofessional, Walked in to her cursing, giving me bad looks. I don’t recommend. Insurance is already expensive and the extra agency fees aren’t helping at all. Agent wanted to change me $100 extra for agency fees. They don’t tell you they will change you the extra fee they just do. You will notice in receipt.

Our agent also referred us to his long time buddy to build our house. HUGE mistake! He should stop referring people to his buddies because we arent the only people who had issues with him. Joey Romero: DO NOT USE AMCO I contacted Amco to insure my car . They quoted me a price of $148.00 to start and $88 per month . I was good for about 2 weeks then I received a text that I need to make a payment. I called and Edward answered . He stated that the insurance wasn’t active and I needed to pay an additional $99 . I paid and I was good for about 5 hrs. I received another phone call and was told my phone number was linked to a business and must be using my car as a work truck .. This cracked me up , since I’m a plumber . I sent them pictures 3 times and they still asked for me . The picture clearly show no Pipe rack , no sewer machine , no pvc fittings , no tools . Amco has not refunded my money but cancelled the policy .. I’ve Contacted the Attorney Generals office

Somehow, their client is not being held accountable for hitting my parked car in front of multiple witnesses. “no contact with insured and insufficient evidence to prove liability“. Wow.
