  • Facet Seven EaDo - Houston
Damian Abreo: Great gym with great people. The facility is well-equipped, spacious, and clean. The equipment is always in good repair. The staff, particularly the personal trainers, is supportive, friendly, and positive. At 52 years old, and with a little help from my Facet Seven friends, Ive lost 115 pounds and am in better shape than I was at 20. Id recommend Facet Seven (either location) to anyone looking for a place to change their life.
    Iconic Gym - Houston
Perez David: Great gym in the Cumming area, very comparable to other large gyms across the country with ample equipment catered to powerlifting, bodybuilding etc. Would definitely recommend if in the area!
    Steelmill Gym - Houston
K V: Its ok. This gym is small, crowded, and lacks the variety of equipment other places have. Some of the equipment is gross and needs a deep cleaning. The restrooms were filthy, and there was urine all over the floor. Cable machines are always in use, so its not easy to get a chance to use them. No pressure to buy training sessions, and they generally leave you alone, so thats a plus. I wouldnt buy a membership here.
    Legacy Fitness Houston - Houston
Susan Ramirez: The new owner Tyler is awesome! I love the environment of the gym and the trainers there! If you’re looking for personal training, grouped training, or even group classes then this is your go to spot! I’ve had the pleasure of training with Korey! He’s been a trainer there even with the previous owners. He’s helped me achieve new goals and overcome wrist injury that I had. I didn’t think I would ever be able to lift as I used to after having 3 torn tendons and sure enough I’m lifting if not heavier. I love the vibes of the gym. It’s clean, the music is great, and it’s a great community with everyone that goes there. It feels like home for sure. So if you’re looking for a new home gym or you have some weight loss goals then RUN to Legacy Fitness!!!!
    Equinox River Oaks - Houston
Kyra J: Cool facility, I had the chance to take a tour and Expirience this place with Denise. I also signed up for a work out class which I enjoyed! I did leave after my first visit and I had decided I wanted to start a membership, I had asked front desk to have membership services reach out to me, and I never received any contact. Their loss, I take rejection as protection these days.
Houston Next Level Fitness - Houston
Azam Sh: I have visited this gym for one day pass for $20. Everything was perfect and clean. All workout equipments are there and people are very nice. Thank you.
    Eat Fitness Gym - Houston
Mack Live: EAT Fitness is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to! The atmosphere is motivating, the equipment is top-notch, and the support from the trainers is unmatched. Justin, in particular, is an absolute expert his knowledge of workouts, supplements, nutrition, and recovery is next level. He takes the time to tailor everything to your goals, ensuring you get the most out of every session. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, this gym is the perfect place to level up. Highly recommend EAT Fitness to anyone serious about their fitness journey!
Mean Green Gym (3rd Ward) - Houston
Patrick: Chris and all of his staff are tremendous dedicated passionate trainers very professional and comfortable vibes here! Definitely check them out! This location is still growing lock in now! They have cold plungers and a machine that tells you all of your body fat you receive when you do the tour! Let’s goo proud of you Chris great gym!
    Femcore Fitness - Houston
Shaylah Campbell: This was my 2nd class and Suzy was super friendly and accommodating both times. I am a very beginner to circuit classes and strength training and she is patient, encouraging, always willing to modify. I look forward to continuing to get stronger and better in the classes.
    Amped Fitness (Westbury) - Houston
Russell Hemati: Pros: Excellent equipment selection with plenty of plate loaded and selectorized machines. Good variety of cable stacks, dumbbells over 100lbs, full size barbell racks, and lots of functional training options. Well-lit. Big, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, 24/7 access, private workout areas, sweat cinema, recovery area, and more. Cons: Cardio options are limited. Mostly bikes, stairmaster, and treadmills. That covers 95% of what people use, but its not as specialized as some places. There needs to be a weight tree over by the plate loaded isolation machines (currently you have to "borrow" plates from the hip sleds). Also, while the lighting is very good, I wouldnt call it "influencer grade" - for example, the dumbbell area has a lot of front lighting (which is great for the dumbbells, but not as good for social media physique pictures). One last safety note... The dedicated bench press area has no spotter arms or safeties. The benches DO have a place for spotters to stand, but nothing for a solo workout. There are other options if someone wants to go all out maximum with barbell bench by themselves: two Smith machines and 10 (yep, ten) full squat racks with spotter arms that can easily accommodate a bench. But inexperienced lifters may not realize this. An easy 5 stars for the price, location, and amenities offered.
