1 /5 aashritha tripuraneni: The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because Google doesn’t allow 0. This place is not even worth 1 star — and it has nothing to do with the workouts or the instructors, who are genuinely great. The real issue is the management and how poorly they treat their members.
I was charged a $20 no-show fee for a class I didn’t even realize I was officially added to. I was on the waitlist and had no idea that the system automatically adds people to class 10 hours prior — something that was never communicated to me. I even attended the 9 a.m. class that day, tried to call ahead (like I’ve done multiple times before), and — as usual — no one answered the phone. I’ve literally been standing outside the studio while calling and watched the front desk staff ignore the ringing phone.
When I emailed the manager to explain, I received a cold, dismissive response with zero flexibility or understanding. Instead of trying to help or resolve things fairly, she hid behind a policy I wasn’t even made aware of — and her tone made it painfully clear that customer care is not a priority here.
I’ve dealt with plenty of gyms, but this was easily the worst experience I’ve had with a studio manager. Because of that, I’m ending my 3-month contract early (which I never even signed) and taking my business elsewhere.
Save yourself the frustration. No studio — no matter how good the instructors are — is worth this kind of treatment
