Kevin reached out to me the following week, but I missed his call and didn’t return it for a couple of days. When I finally called back, I spoke with Lucy, who finished setting up my account with exceptional customer service. I chose to pay off the loan early since I’m actively working to improve my credit score and wanted to reflect a loan in good standing. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the interest rate was, and even better, I received a $50 discount on the interest for paying off early. Due to their excellent customer service, competitive interest rates, and patient, helpful staff, I will only use Tower Finance Co. if I ever need another loan in the future. Highly recommended!

Denise Hunt: Customer Service is lacking. I pay my bills on time, the only reason my account went to collections was because the office never sent me a invoice. They tokd me 8 months later I had an outstanding balance and refused service. After contacting Prime Financial, I find out that the invoices were being sent to an address I havent lived at for 8 eight years. When trying to resolve the balance its extremely inconvenient that they have no website and you can only pay over the phone or snail mail. If your on a payment plan it takes them forever to send you an updated statement showing a payment was made and updated in their system. Methodist needs to do better with who they choose to handle their collections.

Shbree: Rude. Non informative. Inexperienced. I could go on with so many adjectives to explain how this place lacks professionalism. The overall charisma of the place is gloomy. No effort is placed in the appearance needless to say its location isnt the best in regards to crime. The workers are ill mannered. What ever happened to southern hospitality? Lets speak on the Payment process the woman I spoke to never asked for any real information however looked into my credit and spoke on a hospital bill that Im paying on how is that your business? Then told me all she could give is $101 I have $101 right now what could I do with your $101? Make $202? Ha. Safe to say Id never go there again, and Ill never refer anyone to them. Sad excuse for a unknown startup company.

Sylvia Johnson: I reached out in May about a loan, I was approved for $200-$300. I called the location and they advised me to send in documents to email they would send however I never got the email. I called the location back and they said they were moving locations for the day and to call another location in a few hrs. I called the other location and they kept saying they sent the email but I never received it. I called a few times but no one troubleshooted or made an attempt to assure I got it so I gave up. Fast forward to July and now I am denied. The lack of urgency is disappointing.
