3 /5 Sylvia Johnson: I reached out in May about a loan, I was approved for $200-$300. I called the location and they advised me to send in documents to email they would send however I never got the email. I called the location back and they said they were moving locations for the day and to call another location in a few hrs. I called the other location and they kept saying they sent the email but I never received it. I called a few times but no one troubleshooted or made an attempt to assure I got it so I gave up. Fast forward to July and now I am denied. The lack of urgency is disappointing.
