Does NOT answer the phone nor does she relay information. When you do try to express your concerns to her whether youre the person shes representing or if youre trying to get help for your loved one, shes very rude. Just would not recommend based on professionality and punctuality.

Hannah Vann: My significant other is dealing with a probation violation in Texas and we live in Washington. He suffers from a severe cognitive disability, he ended up hiring Mr. Trotter (on is own without my help) on the spot over the phone. Frank immediately asked for money without really hearing the situation, there was no paperwork. He basically said he would take any amount. The secretary then saved his debit card information charged him 600 dollars, didnt ask for his phone number or name. For the last 2 months weve called everyday and are not able to get a hold of him. Us being in a different state there is no physical way for us to meet with him other than over the phone. Weve spoke other defense attorneys and there is a lot that can be done before the day of the trial, Mr. Trotter has done nothing. Not contacted any of the references weve left.

My son ended up getting 40 years and he told me he could not get probation with his circumstance, but two other people were charged and had more then my son and one girl got off on probation. The other got 20 years. Tell me how this is justice he was supposed to be on my side.. I know the DA paid him off or the prosecutor so anyone thinking about using Bob Estrada think twice He is crooked, just like the system!! Mind you my son has never been in trouble before he was only 19 years old.
