I called back to clarify the matters and want to know why she acted like that with her Vietnamese customers but she didnt pick up! I will make more report to the bureau and other places!

1. I did not try to impersonate anyone because I called on the behalf of my sister for her case. She gave me a verbal authorization to call for her, so when you asked me the name, i gave you my sisters name but 30 seconds later I told you i am her sister. You then raised your voice, no sorry, i lied.. you raised your voice at pretty much the beginning of the call because you recognized my voice is not "my sister". Then you said you cant discuss anything to me because i am not her, well you were too busy speaking and raising your tone, you did not hear what i said? i told you, i called because the ins adjuster still did not receive the medical bill yet and that hes still waiting almost 2 years already, but you didnt care.
If i called to pretend to be someone for a fraud, or to commit some sort of crime then yes, you can accuse me! However, I did not call to obtain any info, i called to gave you the information, so whether its me or my sister, we just wanted to give you the message from the ins adjuster.
Youve shown your disrespectul to your customers! From all the replies to responded to the customers review on google and other places, we can see how good you are trying to flip the "right, wrong" .. never once, did I see you admitted your fault or sincerely apologize to anyone of us!
How sad, and yet... youre still employed :))
