LA Fitness - San Antonio (TX)

1 /5 Papi Chulo: I’ve been coming to this LA Fitness for over a year and it used to be spotless. Clean locker rooms, fresh eucalyptus scent in the sauna, and a well-maintained facility. Unfortunately, that’s not the case anymore. The gym now constantly smells like body odor, the barbells in the back have a moldy smell, and the men’s shower curtains are visibly molded. Worst of all, the indoor pool is always green. That’s not just unpleasant, it’s unsanitary. C’mon LA Fitness, you used to take pride in this place. Don’t get too comfortable, it’s time to step it back up.

1 /5 Shahid Ali Khan: Chris is Very rude and Unprofessional. I wish they’ve trained him before letting him talk to customers. Specially if someone is your member learn how to talk to them. Zero stars for rude customer service.

1 /5 Sherry Pinkerton: So upset with this business. I emailed them at least 5 times, went in the actual facility and spoke with 3 different people and was told my membership was cancelled. I have not been there in over a year to work out and have been trying to cancel it for the last year!! My mom has Alzheimers and I am her sole provider and have been for the last 3 years. I told them that and that I could not continue with the membership over a year ago and they have consistently charged me. I even complained with my bank. I have called to speak wit someone and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!! WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER

1 /5 sabina shrestha: Worst staffs ever, they wanna build up their business and keep on calling to sell their business but hardly have any courtesy or proper communication. I hate their fake free trial class scheme and how I have to feel like a joke as if I am begger and there for freebies. To you LA fitness and two clueless dumb staffs, one of which is Chris, whom I encountered both the time I went to try your trial class but failed, FYI I can afford for yoga and I go to Pure Prana, just because I am at Autry Pond, and this Bulverde location is walking distance, I wanted to try and see this yoga class to compare if it would work out for me to join, but rubbish!!! I walked back and forth two times for half an hr each, just because the dumb staff can’t manage things there, first I admit though I wasn’t explained about expiration thing about trial class, I should have been mindful enough to notice it in email where I got my pass. Later they call me again to sell and arrange it for trail class so easily , which I know, could have been done at first visit itself. Anyways I was happy atleast someone(Orian or some Ryan) know what to do and how to do but I go for class and again the same two staff clueless!! Oh I just feel very angry to continue with the story, with the flashback of their dumb clueless face while writing this review.
