    Peggy Dockery: Not only is the center a gorgeous place to work out but the work out was amazing. I was directed when to move from station to station. Each station puts a focus on a certain set of muscles. It was recommended that I go around the set 3 times. By the end of the third time around I couldnt believe how I felt and it only took 30 minutes. 30 minutes to feel great and know that Im finally getting back on track to a healthier me. Cant wait to go back again. I am so very thankful that there is a place where I can go and feel comfortable working out. LOVE IT!!!

    Wireless: This location is much nicer than several I have attended. Enjoyed the longer time on the hydro chair. I have never had 10 minutes. The staff was very helpful n establishment wash cleaner.

    Spruce’s paving & seal-coating: I do not recommend this location. The management is disorganized and unprofessional, and the staff can be unkind. The equipment is poorly maintained it’s very unsanitary and dirty and the equipment is often not functioning. For a better experience, I strongly suggest visiting one of the other locations instead.

    VTBIII: Whatever you decide you want to get done in life physically this is the place to go he is the real deal at every level he will be my trainer when I make it to the top be seriously is unbelievable and pushes you and does everything youre supposed to do as a legit professional trainer! Ican tell that he is by far above all trainers Ive ever worked with! I needed to get flexible and strengthen up my core for my shot at becoming a professional golfer for the next three years being sponsored and just within a month of working with my whole body is thanking me!

    Lauren F: Really enjoyed my experience! Although I personally prefer a live instructor, I will be back some and especially because of Jada the manager. She is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and just an all-around angel. And I met some wonderful people there. They definitely have a great vibe and dont lock the door on you 2 minutes after the session starts because youre 2 minutes late like Vibe Yoga does (Vibe Yoga lost my business because of this). But at any rate Jada deserves a raise. A BIG ONE! Thank you Hotworx and Jada for being there when Vibe decided being a petty about the clock is more important than their customers.
