1 /5 Jeannette McAlisterG: They told me their roadside assistance is done through Direct but its not. Im on my 3rd call to roadside assistance after checking with Direct to make sure the policy is active. Theyve told me its not when I call roadside assistance and now Im on my 3rd call, 90 min in. If this was an actual emergency I would be livid. Needless to say, Ill be shopping around for another policy.
