5 /5 Amber Toll: Eric Junker and his wonderful office assistant Yvonne assisted and supported us through the Guardianship process for our twin boys with special needs. The process is very time consuming, however, with their guidance and expertise we were able to finalize the process within the confounds of the law. Eric assisted us in setting up Special Needs Trusts and writing our Wills many years ago, and we knew we would be consulting with him again as the children transitioned into adulthood. We are in Harris County, and Eric was able guide us in working with the judge in granting our formal requests of hardship to waive some court fees as our family has been hit hard over the last few years financially. We are beyond grateful to have worked with Eric and Yvonne to completion and will continue to contact him over the years for his services as needed. Thanks to Junker Law, we have now protected our boys rights and services, and set them up for continued adulthood supports!

5 /5 Jan C.: It was time, that I review and have my will updated. When I saw the billboard of Junker Law on 90A regarding no probate without setting up a trust, I was interested. An ad was also posted in our church bulletin, so I set up an appointment with Eric Junker. In June of 2025, Mr. Junker and I talked about the no probate and how it would fit into my situation. I have two nephews, both live out the state of Texas, one in Washington state and the other in Canada and I didnt want either one to have to worry with a probate. We decided on a Transfer on Death for my home, therefore no probate! I felt very relaxed talking to Mr. Junker, and he explained everything in a way that I understood. Although I live in Sugar Land and his law firm is in Richmond, I felt comfortable with my selection of Lawyer and in actuality it is not that far from me on 90A. The process did not take long, and it gives me piece of mind that everything is set up.

My mother’s very small estate had to be probated because I was required to provide Letters Testamentary to various companies. Even a simple estate can become complicated and I needed an attorney with whom I could easily communicate even though I was familiar with probate matters. I worked a number of years for attorneys who handled probate matters. Eric and his staff know their stuff! They answered all my questions, filed the appropriate paperwork promptly, and handled the court hearing. Eric and his staff kept me “in the loop.” I and my family were very pleased with Eric and his staff and their handling of Mom’s estate. In fact, even though my brother lives in the Hill Country, he had Eric update all his documents and create a trust. So very pleased to recommend Eric and his staff.
