Estes knew how to handle out of state policies and went to work right away. They told me the process would be slow but it wasnt. Resolution only took about 9 mths. I wish I found them first. I felt instant stress relief after my consultation. The 40% fee is the same as the previous lawyer but the effort and quality is more. Im very pleased with their service. After several months I get a call and they told me they had an offer from the at fault parties’ insurance for my pain and suffering. I agreed to accepting the amount and a few weeks later I had a check in my hand. I FINALLY GOT JUSTICE. Thanks to The Estes Law Firm and their staff for their courteous service. I can’t believe they got me money for my car repair, pain and suffering.
